Our students enjoyed a special pop-up movie day yesterday! Following a shortened school schedule, they signed up to watch a variety of holiday favorites, from Home Alone and The Santa Clause to Monsters, Inc. and Sing.
Along with movies, students enjoyed snacks and games as a fun way to celebrate a job well done over the past few weeks of school.

This national recognition highlights our students’ creativity, problem-solving, and commitment to using STEM to tackle real-world challenge, standing out among submissions from all 50 states.

The award will directly support our middle school students’ Virtual Reality (VR) education, giving students more opportunities to design, build, and learn through immersive, future-ready technologies.

Today, our 8th graders stepped outside the classroom and into the community. Coordinated through the Barry County United Way & Volunteer Center, students and staff spread out across town to rake leaves for residents who needed a hand with this yearly chore.
It was a great day of service, teamwork, and connection. Thanks to all who took part. Saxon pride was on full display!

Thank you to all who donated so we could reward our students this week! Students were surprised to be rewarded for having two or fewer missing assignments. They got to choose from a delicious assortment of snack cakes! We could not do this without YOUR support!
