MS Swim & Dive!
Practices will be 3 days a week for 3 weeks, where you will be introduced to different swim strokes and distances as well as an introduction to diving (for those who wish to try).
Practices will be from 3:30pm to 5pm at the CERC Pool. There is no cost to Hastings 6th, 7th, and 8th grade boys and girls. All you need is a bathing suit, a towel, and know how to swim!!!
Instruction will be given by the High School coaches with assistance from members of the HS teams! Transportation will be provided from the MS to the Pool each day!
There will be 8 days of fun and instruction ending on the final day with a Swim/Dive meet with Individual Races, Relays and Diving Competitions with awards to the winners. There will be daily practice prizes!
